These terms govern your use of toprungmarketing.com, operated by Top Rung Marketing LLC ("Top Rung Marketing," "we," "us"), an Ohio limited liability company. By using this site, you agree to them.

Use of this site

This site is provided to give you information about our services and a way to request a quote. Don't use it in any way that's unlawful or that interferes with its operation.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including "starting at" prices, are estimates. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a binding quote. Final scope of work and final price are set out in a separate written agreement before any work begins.

The $0 Down website plan

The $0 Down Website plan carries a 12-month minimum commitment at the posted monthly rate. Details of this commitment, including what happens at the end of the term, are set out in the service agreement you sign when you enroll.

Add-on services

Google Business Profile setup and verification, Local SEO, and Google Ads management are each separate services from the website plans. If you add one of these, it's covered by its own written agreement with its own scope and terms.

No guaranteed rankings

We work to improve your visibility in local search results, but no one can guarantee a specific ranking or position on Google or any other platform. Search results depend on many factors outside our control, including changes search engines make to their own algorithms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Top Rung Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
